Job Description:

The Membership Specialist will play an essential role in supporting daily membership operations and ensuring accurate processing of member information. This position combines administrative responsibilities, database management, and customer service while working in a collaborative, small-office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records.
• Enter orders and update information within Excel and internal database systems.
• Prepare and distribute membership materials and welcome packets.
• Manage subscription records and perform timely follow-up activities.
• Scan, copy, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
• Research previous orders and verify account information as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries professionally.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Work independently to ensure daily operational tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, membership services, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working within databases and new software systems.
