A large, well-established primary care organization is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join its rapidly expanding outpatient network throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area .

This position offers exceptional work-life balance, a collaborative clinical environment, and the opportunity to care for patients in a modern outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.

Clinical Details

Practice comprehensive outpatient primary care while building meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients in a supportive team environment.

Patient Population

• Ages 0-65
• Commercial insurance patients only
• Preventive medicine and wellness
• Acute care
• Chronic disease management
• Annual women's wellness exams

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Patient Volume

• Ramp up to approximately 17-21 patients per day

Clinical Setting

• Outpatient Primary Care
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No hospital rounding
• No call
• No weekends

Providers work exclusively from one clinic location — no travel between clinics is required.

The organization has recently opened 8 brand-new clinics conveniently located throughout the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area , allowing physicians to choose the location that best fits their commute and lifestyle.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $250,000–$265,000
• Annual Bonus: 16.60% of Base Salary
• Total Annual Compensation: Approximately $307,000

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license or eligible for licensure
• Comfortable treating patients ages 0-65
• Comfortable performing annual women's wellness exams
• Spanish bilingual preferred for most clinic locations
