Location: Houston, Baton Rouge, or New Orleans Travel: 15-30% throughout Gulf Coast region (occasional overnight travel) Position Overview Hunter Crown is partnering with a rapidly expanding industrial water and environmental solutions organization seeking an experienced Application Engineer Manager to support complex infrastructure and treatment system projects across the Gulf Coast region. This role serves as a key technical contributor within a growing engineering team, supporting system design, proposal development, and project execution for industrial clients in energy, manufacturing, and critical infrastructure. Professional Responsibility and Scope The Application Engineer Manager plays a central role in designing and specifying industrial water and environmental treatment systems that support mission‑critical industrial operations. Engineering documentation and process analysis System design from concept through commissioning Collaboration with project management, procurement, and field teams Technical proposal support and client engagement Evaluation of new technologies and process standardization Continuous improvement and system optimization This role bridges engineering and commercial teams to deliver complex technical solutions that meet operational and regulatory requirements.
