We are pleased to share that Huntington Drive Health and Rehabilitation Center is presently welcoming applications for our Tuition Free Nursing Assistant Training Program, aimed at facilitating the attainment of your certification. As part of our commitment to your professional development, we will be covering the tuition fees for the nursing assistant training program, equipping you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a Certified Nursing Assistant with us. In addition, you will be paid an hourly wage while you are in training! This opportunity will provide you with the support and guidance required to advance your career in the healthcare industry. This position requires a 1 year commitment to work with us at Huntington Drive Health and Rehabilitation Center!

Location

The CNA Training Program will be located at an affiliated facility located in Monrovia, CA. Theory and clinicals will be located at:

Monrovia Gardens Healthcare Center 615 W Duarte Rd, Monrovia, CA 91016

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Social Security Card
• Ability to pass Background Clearance

Qualifications / Experience

• Some experience helpful, will provide training
• Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend the English language
• Ability to use computer or tablet to enter resident data

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds. Lifting more weight up to 100 pounds requires assistance
• Ability to read fine print on tablet, progress notes and/or medical labels
