Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse in Canby, Minnesota. This position involves providing nursing care in a long-term care setting with primarily dementia patients. The role supports the organizations commitment to quality resident care, adherence to facility protocols, and collaborative care team participation.

Job Details:

• Shift Schedule: Evenings, 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM; every other weekend and holiday.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Minnesota nursing license; BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting; shifts primarily 8-hour, minimum of 40 hours per week; proficient in Electronic Medical Record systems including MatrixCare or MatrixBSN.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience caring for dementia patients; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong communication and organizational skills.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Must have an active Minnesota State Nurse Aide (SNSA) registration. No On-Call or Call-Back responsibilities are billable. No IV care required for LPNs. Client has a cancellation policy requiring 2 weeks' notice.
