Analyst/Associate, Accounts Payable

Job Description Review, code, and allocate invoices in Accounts Payable software Liaise with payment requestors and route invoices for approvals Manage vendor onboarding and maintain tax records (W-8/W-9) Upload and post invoices in accounting software Reconcile cash daily and apply wires to invoices Correspond with vendors to resolve invoice or payment discrepancies Review employee expense reports and flag high-risk items Assist with the employee travel program and daily cash support Requirements / Qualifications 2–6 years of AP or corporate accounting experience Based in or able to work in NYC three times per week Strong background in accounts payable and corporate accounting principles High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage high-volume processes and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
