Job Overview
A growing national law firm is seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting, employee development, and talent strategies.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for senior-level and specialized positions.
- Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and recruitment strategies.
- Manage relationships with outside recruiters and staffing agencies.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience.
- Develop employee training and leadership programs.
- Support succession planning and career development.
- Improve employee engagement, retention, and company culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of talent acquisition or talent development experience.
- 3+ years in a senior or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MS, or JD preferred.
- Experience in professional services or a law firm preferred.
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
