Job Description

A respected, physician-led healthcare system is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physicians to join a well-established women’s health practice in Troy, New York . This is a high-priority opening offering a balanced mix of office practice and deliveries, strong compensation, and excellent clinical support.

• ⚖️ 50/50 split between clinic and hospital deliveries

• Shared call & weekend rotation (1:3)

• Deliveries and surgeries at a modern, recently remodeled Birth Center

• Collegial team with experienced physicians and staff

• Strong, established patient base

• ‍⚕️ Hospital-employed model with system-wide support

• Full-spectrum Obstetrics & Gynecology

• Inpatient deliveries and outpatient women’s health

• Surgical procedures included

• Team-oriented, patient-centered care model

• Access to modern technology and comprehensive women’s services

• Salary Range: $325,000 – $350,000 + incentives

• Starting Bonus (discussed during interview)
