Join our team as a Water Technician and play a vital role in restoring homes and businesses impacted by water damage. This is a fast-paced, physically active job where your work makes a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation servicesOperate equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and negative air machinesSet up containment zones and manage moisture controlAssist with water extraction, demolition, and cleanupComplete job documentation, including photos, notes, and inspectionsDeliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism on every job siteDrive to job locations and ensure equipment is clean, safe, and reliableRequirements & Must HavesHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Oregon Driver's License with clean driving recordAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in demanding conditionsWillingness to work in confined spaces, varying temperatures, and wear PPE as requiredParticipation in an on-call rotation once trainedIICRC certifications a plus, but not requiredMust demonstrate empathy and respect while working in homes during sensitive family situations.
