The ideal candidate will lead billing, accounts receivable, payroll, and other business office functions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business office for the facility.

• Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

• Supervise business office staff, providing guidance and performance management.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in healthcare administration or business office management.

• Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and financial reporting.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with healthcare billing software and MS Office.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
