IT Release Coordinator

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Release Coordinator to manage and coordinate technology releases, implementations, and change management activities. This role will collaborate with IT teams, project teams, and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployments, timelines, documentation, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate technology releases, implementations, maintenance releases, and emergency fixes.
Manage schedules, timelines, dependencies, approvals, and deployment activities.
Facilitate meetings and coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
Monitor risks and support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Prepare release documentation, reports, metrics, and status updates.
Support process improvement and Finance/administrative activities as needed.

Additional Skills

Requirements
5+ years of experience in IT, Release Management, Project Management, or related areas.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience coordinating technology releases or IT projects.
Strong knowledge of Release and Change Management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
PMP or related certifications preferred.
