Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Construction Coordinator

Position type: Full Time - Contract to Hire
Duration: 06+Months
Location: Bowling Green, OH 43402

As a Construction Coordinator, you will:

• Be responsible for Project Coordination & Execution
• Apply?NASI PMO standards, processes, and methodologies consistently across all assigned projects.
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, and deliverables across multiple contributing teams.
• Assist with material ordering of supplies and rental equipment
• Maintain?accurate?project documentation, records, and version control in centralized systems.
• Monitor project activities,?identify?potential delays, and provide?timely?status updates to the project manager.
• Assist?with?requirements?for?gathering, testing, and other?project specific?tasks as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
• Create and?maintain?project schedules, timelines, and change-control documentation.
• Look for opportunities to improve coordination processes,?optimize?workflows, and enhance project quality.
• Support seamless transitions between project and operational functions.
• Achieve performance targets related to service quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related field?or?equivalent experience.
• Minimum of?3-5 years of construction coordination experience, preferably within the telecom services industry.
• Understanding?project management methodologies, standards, and documentation practices.
• Strong analytical and?problem-solving?skills, including?requirements of?documentation and issue troubleshooting.
• Experience working with Union crews
• Proficient with the following: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualification:

• PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, MS Project, PPM tools, ERP platforms, ServiceNow, Salesforce.com, workforce management, and?cloud-based?systems.
• Understands telecom infrastructure: structured cabling, rack and stack, ISP/OSP, new builds, retrofits, data center

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $40 - $43 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
