HDR is seeking an experienced Coastal & Navigable Waterways Practice Leader to guide federal feasibility studies under WRDA and coordinate with ports, state agencies, and USACE. You will manage staff, deliver complex navigational and environmental studies, and lead market-facing efforts to secure project authorizations. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in coastal engineering/planning, strong regulatory knowledge, and a track record of leadership in multidisciplinary teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr HDR
