Currently offering a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 Job Overview and Qualifications In the role of a Registered Nurse, you will be tasked with providing high-quality, patient-focused care that adheres to departmental requirements and state-specific standards of practice. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate the patient's condition upon admission and during each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in their status. Carry out procedures, monitoring, or other tasks as directed by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of care in the patient’s medical record. Administer prescribed medications, observe the patient for therapeutic responses, and take appropriate actions in case of any adverse reactions. Deliver outstanding care by responding swiftly to patient requests, anticipating their needs, and addressing them proactively. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plans, medications, potential side effects, and follow-up actions, ensuring clarity by simplifying complex medical terms. Required Qualifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of starting employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within six months of starting employment. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Associate Degree in Nursing.
