Join us in Las Vegas, NV, and be part of our ambitious journey to redefine gaming technology!What You'll DoManage the PLM environment, including setup, configuration, and routine maintenance.Provide technical support to resolve user issues and train users for efficient system use.Work closely with operational teams to optimize processes and support business growth.Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system through validation rules and routine audits.Customize and configure the system to meet operational needs and integrate with other business systems.Lead projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL.Act as a liaison between business teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication.Consult with development teams on sprint planning, backlog refinement, and Agile ceremonies.Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications to guide development teams and ensure product quality.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, PLM Administrator, or related role supporting enterprise business applications.
