FieldBridge Energy seeks a Novasota, TX-based Heat Treat and Inspection Helpers to work for a leading oil and gas manufacturing company. Weekly pay + benefits.
Pay/Schedule: $17/hr., this is just starting out, tremendous opportunities for growth here. Dayshift and Nightshift role. At 72 hrs per week for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,500 gross.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual with strong communication skills who can clearly communicate inspection results to production personnel. This role requires the ability to stand and work indoors and outdoors for up to 8 hours, perform bending, stooping, and moderate heavy lifting, and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience using measuring tools is highly preferred, and a stable work history is essential.
Heat Treat
- Assist inspectors on the production line
- Perform basic inspections, measurements, and product marking (stencils/stamps)
Inspection Helper
Assist Inspectors on the production line
Remove and engage caps and plugs
General Requirements (All Roles)
- High School Diploma or GED (required or preferred depending on role)
- Ability to stand up to 12 hours and work indoors/outdoors
- Basic experience with measuring tools preferred
- Strong reliability, teamwork, and safety mindset
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- Stable work history highly preferred
