Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional willing to float between three facilities located in San Diego: SDMC, Zion, and San Marcos. This role requires flexibility to work across different units based on facility needs, including opportunities to work in lower acuity settings as required.

Schedule

The schedule is created two weeks in advance, and while longer schedules cannot be requested, we aim to accommodate staff availability as best as possible. There is potential for mid-shift floating between units and facilities, and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities

• Float between the designated San Diego facilities as needed.
• Provide care across various units based on facility demands.
• Adapt to working in lower acuity settings when necessary.
