Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a broad demographic, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will engage with clients facing a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise in therapy will directly contribute to improving client outcomes, fostering resilience, and empowering clients on their journeys towards emotional and psychological health.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

\n
    \n
  • A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • \n
  • A valid state license (e.g., LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) to practice as a mental health counselor.
  • \n
  • Professional liability insurance to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • \n
  • At least two years of relevant experience in the field of mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in supervising practicum students or trainees is a highly valued asset. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, as well as experience working in outpatient settings, will enhance your ability to deliver quality care and guidance. Those with extensive knowledge of community resources and collaboration strategies will thrive in our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and dedication.
