Was Sie erwartet: Erarbeitung, Fortschreibung und Abstimmung der IT-Strategie mit der Bereichsleitung und Geschäftsführung und Marktbeobachtung im Hinblick auf branchenspezifische Entwicklungen Priorisierung und Bewertung von Projekten (strategische Bedeutung, Dringlichkeit, Risikoabwägung etc.) inkl. Begleitung / Projektleitung Sicherstellung der Erhaltung der Zertifizierung des ISMS (ISO 27001) und gem. IT-Sicherheitsgesetz (Sicherheitskatalog gem. EnWG, KRITIS-Verordnung) Einführung und Optimierung von IT-Prozessen, Richtlinien und Sicherheitsstandards Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle Schnittstelle zwischen IT und den Fachbereichen sowie Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams mit 2 Mitarbeitenden und Koordination und Betreuung externer Dienstleister und des externen IT-Sicherheitsbeauftragten Was Dich erwartet Was Sie auszeichnet: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor / FH) im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens 5 Jahre praxisbezogene Berufs-, sowie erste Führungserfahrung Fundierte Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Sicherheit (NIS2), um eine ausfallsicherer IT-Infrastruktur inkl.
