Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA CCC-SLP certification
- State licensure in Ohio (or the ability to obtain)
- Previous experience delivering SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology for virtual service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations across elementary, middle, or high school levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and maintain thorough documentation
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language interventions to students via an online platform
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support each student’s progress
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on student performance and therapy outcomes within compliance guidelines
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Stay updated with best practices and emerging technology in teletherapy
