These include (but are not limited to): Personal hygiene and grooming Ambulation/Transfers Prepare meals and snacks Medication reminders Incontinence care Light housekeeping Companionship Transportation What we look for in a CNA/Home Health Aide CNA certification or successfully complete a written Home Health Aide Competency and Skills Evaluation at orientation Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of your clients and their families Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain. Have a valid driver’s license and use of an insured automobile for work Be able to pass a level 2 background check Be able to pass a comprehensive drug screen 18 years of age or older Highschool diploma or GED Senior care experience; either professionally or personally Working Environment as a CNA/Home Health Aide Primarily works in client’s place of residence, travel required.
