Accounting Manager

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager who thrives in a multi-entity environment and growing environment. This is a hands on manager with oversight of staff and day to day accounting. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting including consolidated financials, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, and intercompany transactions. Lead month-end close activities Drive process improvements by documenting, standardizing, and enhancing accounting procedures and efficiencies Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries Collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with consolidations and international accounting (preferred) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Location: South Seattle Work environment: 100% on site Compensation: Base salary of $115k to $135k, dependent on experience Benefits: Medical, dental, vision benefits, vacation, paid holidays, and 401K with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr
