Become a part of a Family Medicine team located in a picturesque lakeside area, where you can truly enjoy your leisure time.
Position Overview:- Collaborate with seasoned professionals in a newly established clinic adjacent to the hospital.
- Experience a manageable patient load, with the opportunity to see as few as 13 patients daily, allowing for a focus on quality care.
- Enjoy a unique opportunity in a community of this size: Family Medicine practice that remains entirely outpatient, with no inpatient or obstetrics responsibilities.
- Optional shifts available in the ER or as a Hospitalist, should you choose to take them.
- Be part of an independent, clinician-led organization where your opinions and contributions are valued.
- A Family Medicine Residency Program is set to launch in 2028.
- Employed by the hospital with a guaranteed salary and an incentive bonus, totaling over $330,000 annually.
- A generous sign-on bonus of $100,000 is included as part of a comprehensive benefits package.
