Job Summary: We are adding a new member to our accounting/finance team. This member’s responsibilities will include all aspects of project and financial accounting. Essential Job Functions: Working closely with project managers to set up, maintain, and perform monthly revenue recognition, billing, and financial analysis related to projects. Compile, research, and analyze data and reports to assist in achieving performance goals. Maintain project contracts, supplemental agreements, task work orders, etc. Review project status, including project job costs, billing, and performance, applying accounting principles. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Clear written and verbal communication. Time management skills. Able to maintain confidential information.
