Physician Liaison/Medical Marketing (Part Time) – Plano, TX 146718 The Physician Liaison works closely with our clinical team and acts as a brand ambassador to the community. They call upon local physicians to build relationships and generate referral leads, thereby growing the patient referral base. This role combines sales and public relations by strategically promoting the clinic’s services and treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. The Liaison oversees a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics. The Physician Liaison is critical for clinic success. They strive to increase patient referrals and strengthen relationships with providers and their staff. As a community‑facing representative, the Liaison provides prospective patients and the community with a first impression of our brand. This role cultivates positive, open, and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers alike, while managing feedback and enhancing our reputation. The Liaison serves as the bridge between our clinic and referring offices as well as our broader community. Responsibilities Lead initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams. Develop and implement specific outreach, relationship building, and marketing plans to meet goals. Exhibit excellent time‑management, organization, and communication skills and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Analyze referral data, check DMR daily, and facilitate marketing campaigns. Use certain templates and programs for tracking and leads management. Develop strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses. Collaborate with other system functions that interact with physician offices, including hospital medical affairs, outbound referral systems, provider recruitment, and provider resources. Establish and maintain ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow‑up visits, emails, and phone calls. Use research‑based methods and implement strategies to build awareness and trust. Identify referral sources (target audiences). Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration or Healthcare preferred. Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may substitute for education and/or experience requirements. A valid driver’s license (daily driving is a job requirement). Willing to travel within an assigned territory. Must provide own vehicle; mileage reimbursement will be covered.
