Loan Servicing Representative

Job Opportunity at Axos Bank

Axos Bank is looking for individuals to join the Loan Servicing Department. The target pay range is $17.00/hr. to $19.00/hr., with actual starting pay varying based on factors such as geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary cash bonus and restricted stock units, both with a target of 10%. These bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based on performance goals and targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Complete post-closing loan audits and training document retrievals.
• Complete payment processing, payment reversals, and research and end of day balancing of financial transactions.
• Complete escrow account and insurance inquiries.
• Complete insurance tracking/monitoring for flood hazard, adhering to regulatory flood guidelines and reviewing flood policies for proper coverage.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma
• 1-2 years related experience.
