Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) -Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL. About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will be responsible for providing patient-centered care to our residents. Your duties will include: Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our medical team Conducting vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies Monitor and report changes in patient condition, such as vital signs or symptoms Perform routine tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to our commitment to excellence Demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and empathy for our patients and their families Qualifications: Current LPN/LVN or RN licensure in the state of Alabama Minimum 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong educational background, with a focus on patient care and safety What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package (TBD) Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Pine Haven Rehabilitation
