The Landings Golf and Athletic Club is a private luxury residential club on Skidaway Island dedicated to providing members with an active lifestyle through resort-class amenities. Job Responsibilities:

• Cleans and stores all utensils, dishes, glasses, etc. for food service and food preparation.
• Removes trash from the kitchen.
• Maintains clean and sanitized floors.
• Maintains a clean and safe workstation throughout shift.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen area, as well as walk-in cooler and freezer.
• Reports any damage, plumbing, or other maintenance issues.
• Works effectively as a team with all departmental employees.
• Complies with departmental uniform and grooming standards.
• Works variety of shifts, as needed, to include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Complies with departmental and Club policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to read, understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to use tact and understanding when dealing with a variety of customer service problems, including stressful and highly emotional situations.
• Must be highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks and to deploy resources effectively.
• Must be willing and able to cross-train with other responsibilities.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing and/or walking 100% of shift.
• Lifting, carrying or moving from 1 pound up to 50 pounds for 50% of shift.
• Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, and upward reaching for 85% of shift.
