PGS Worldwide is seeking Quality Inspectors in Littleton, Colorado for an approximately six-month onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. These positions will perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and completed hardware, including electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, mechanical components, and structural hardware, to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and established quality requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience performing inspection or quality-control activities in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to visually inspect in-process and completed products for defects and nonconformances.
• Experience inspecting electronic units, electromechanical assemblies, mechanical components, subassemblies, and/or structural hardware.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, drawings, inspection instructions, checklists, and customer specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as dial indicators, micrometers, scales, fixtures, and similar inspection tools.
• Ability to determine whether inspected hardware should be accepted, rejected, or reworked.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently follow prescribed inspection methods and specifications.
• Ability to accurately document inspection results and quality findings.

Preferred Skills

• 2–4 years of inspection experience.
• SAP experience.
• ERP experience.
• EDSS experience.
• Prior experience supporting aerospace or defense manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with statistical process control or other quality-control procedures.

What You'll Do

• Perform visual inspection of in-process and completed products.
• Inspect electronic units and subsystems, precision electromechanical assemblies, mechanical hardware, and structural components.
• Identify structural flaws, internal defects, missing welds, and other nonconforming conditions.
• Perform inspections using predetermined methods, setups, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring devices and inspection fixtures to verify product conformance.
• Work from blueprints, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and inspection instructions.
• Accept, reject, or identify hardware requiring rework.
• Monitor and verify quality in accordance with applicable control procedures.
• Support manufacturing teams by identifying and documenting quality issues.

Pay

• $20.00–$36.88 per hour.
• Overtime eligible after 40 hours.
