Commercial Cleaning Technician

Job Description Job Description This position is for a detailed commercial cleaning technician, tasked with cleaning office buildings, churches, medical buildings and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years office cleaning experience. The technician will be required to: Remove trash and replace can liners Clean interior glass and mirrors Low and high dusting Sweeping and mopping floors Vacuuming Replacing stock Cleaning restrooms Locking/unlocking buildings (ensuring buildings are secure) Arming and disarming alarms Traveling to multiple buildings In most cases, the technician will be working alone and the buildings have a flexible time to be cleaned. More hours and management advancement are available for the correct candidate. Technicians are required to wear company apparel during work hours, professional pants/shorts and closed toedshoes.
