Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid- 3 days onsite) Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + Equity Overview: A publicly traded organization is seeking an experienced AR Manager to oversee accounts receivable accounting operations, month-end close activities, internal controls, audit support, and process improvement initiatives. This role will partner cross-functionally across finance and operations while supporting a complex, multi-entity environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounts receivable accounting and month-end close activities Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses Support SOX compliance, internal controls, and external audits Manage billing, invoicing, and AR-related operational processes Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support business initiatives Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of accounts receivable and order-to-cash processes Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and SOX controls Knowledge of US GAAP Experience in a large, complex organization preferred ERP and account reconciliation software experience preferred CPA is a plus Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
