Your role is essential to ensuring our clients live in homes that are comfortable, healthy, and energy-efficient. Your Responsibilities Include: Repair HVAC systems with precision and efficiency. Build strong rapport with customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction. Showcase your professional expertise to gain referrals and repeat business. Complete jobs according to our system and process. Maintain a clean and organized job site and a well-stocked truck. Engage in continuous learning, participating in training to master new skills. Complete all required documentation and communication accurately and on time. What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking individuals who are not only highly skilled but also driven, communicative, and passionate about their work. You’ll need: Experience in HVAC repair and installation. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. An energetic and outgoing personality that fits well in our fast-paced environment. What You’ll Bring to the Table: High school diploma or GED equivalent. HVAC repair experience. EPA Certification (required). Oil burner license (preferred but not mandatory). Ability to climb ladders and perform moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds). Strong technical aptitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to pass a background check (CORI).
