M&A Associate - Big-Firm Deals & Cross-Border (Austin)

DLA Piper in Austin seeks a junior to mid-level associate focused on mergers & acquisitions to join our market-leading M&A group. Candidates should have AmLaw 100 experience and be admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in. This is an in-office, Austin-based position with no remote option. Eligible candidates will have 2–7 years of M&A experience and direct, transferable skills from a big-law environment, along with a strong academic background from a nationally recognized school.
