What You'll Do

• Provide high-level ICU care for Neuro/Stroke patients, vascular surgeries, multi-level back surgeries, and general ICU cases
• Float between ICU units (CCU, SCU, NCU) to ensure optimal patient care
• Manage dysrhythmias, IV sedation, ICP monitoring, ventilations, and CRRT management
• Respond to emergent situations, including neuro emergencies and vascular events
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols, including neuro and neurocritical care procedures

What You Need

Required:

• Active RN license in State of Practice
• 2+ years ICU/Neuro experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation, ICP monitoring, ventilator management, and spinal drains
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH, CPI (onsite certification available for $100)
• Willingness to float to multiple ICU units and ED as needed

Preferred:

• CCRN certification
