Position Title Structural Designer Pay Rate $75,800 - $101,000 Category/Shift Salaried Full-Time Physical Location Aurora Commitment Center, 4140 Campus Drive, Aurora, IL 60504 The Job You Will Perform Display Engineering & Prototyping: develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility. Manufacturing Preparation: preparing detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness. Cost Optimization & Process Expertise: design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards. Collaboration: work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions. Manage Design Projects: oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines. Industry & Retail Knowledge: proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions. The Skills You Will Bring BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years industry experience preferred. Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design. Advanced level proficiency of ArtiosCAD and display manufacturing. Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Independent thinking and action required.
