Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialist

2020 Companies is seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to join our team and represent leading brands like Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

In this role, you'll work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to review, schedule, and complete assignments at different retail venues within 90 miles. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as you manage your schedule to complete work within established timelines, build store-level relationships, and ensure top-quality execution on every project.

Responsibilities include:

• Install, assemble, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and displays
• Complete retail resets, store build-outs, remodels, and display repairs
• Follow planograms, schematics, and client-specific merchandising directives with accuracy
• Install and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
• Update operating systems and software on display devices
• Install and replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and display issues to ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Capture and upload photos to document completed work using a mobile device
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while representing the client professionally

Requirements include:

• Comfortable using hand tools and technology
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle
• Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the day
• Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence in any direction to complete service assignments
• Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head & flat head screwdriver, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, 256G USB (USB-A / C adapter)
• Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan. Must be comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments
