Revenue Auditor

Revenue Audit is responsible for the daily audit of revenue that consists of table games, slot, sports wagering, cage, complimentary services/items, and food & beverage. This description is not all inclusive and the position does require additional audits to ensure the facility is in compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory guidelines, state tax regulations, and other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree is preferred. One-year prior accounting or auditing experience preferred. Candidate must possess problem solving skills, and have an exceptional attention to detail. Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Must possess intermediate PC skills. Microsoft Office experience required. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing from the Indiana Gaming Commission.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The noise level is moderate. Candidate may be exposed to smoke when on the casino floor. Candidate must be able to work in an ever changing environment. Employee is required to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. The employee will be required to sit for extended periods of time. Employee must be able to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication. This job requires strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
