Pay: $60/hr starting, $70/hr for experienced leads (+$5/hr if based in El Paso, TX or Titusville, FL)
Schedule: 8 on / 6 off rotation, or Monday–Friday for El Paso/Titusville residents
Home base: Live in any of 34 major U.S. airport cities – we fly you to the work

What You'll Do

• Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft
• Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted or approved data
• Follow applicable FARs, company procedures (GPM), and the FAA-approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
• Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings
• Move aircraft in the hangar and on the ramp, including tow-tractor operation
• Join weekly maintenance meetings to review project progress and resolve phase inspection, service, and repair issues with the Director of Maintenance
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area

Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

Required

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
• 6+ years of experience meeting 14 CFR Part 65.83 requirements
• Experience with Learjet airframes and Pratt & Whitney PW305A engines
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of FAR Parts 135 and 145
• Your own full tool set
• Ability to travel, work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Comfortable with computer data entry, Microsoft Office, and basic inventory management
• High school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of Learjet 60 maintenance experience
• AOG / mobile maintenance experience

Living in El Paso or Titusville? Choose a Monday–Friday schedule or a rotating schedule and earn an extra $5/hr.
Living anywhere else on the list? Work the 8/6 rotation. Airline travel to and from your assigned maintenance location is provided from your home-base airport.
