Located near Milwaukee, WI, this full-time contract position offers the chance to support elementary students and educators throughout the entire school week, Monday through Friday.

As a valued Paraprofessional, you’ll work closely with teachers and specialized staff to create an encouraging and inclusive classroom environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping children thrive and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or supporting students in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability and willingness to obtain DPI paraprofessional certification (assistance provided if necessary)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Dedication to supporting students with special education needs
• Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and encouragement to elementary students under the direction of certified teachers
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting activities to meet each child’s needs
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and safe learning environment
• Support classroom routines and monitor student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to enhance student success
