Line Service Technician

As a Line Service Technician, you will provide ground support to arriving and departing aircraft and efficient, professional and courteous service for crew members and their passengers. Additionally, you will perform daily Line Service operations safely and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet, park, tow, move and marshal aircraft arriving or departing ramp area
• Fueling/defueling aircraft as requested
• Move passenger/crew cars as required
• Ground power servicing
• Assist passengers and/or crew with baggage/cargo as needed
• Assist with general cleaning of debris from ramp, building and customer area
• Routine daily quality control inspections and procedures of re-fueler vehicles
• Provide oil service for aircraft
• Reloading of fuel vehicles
• All associated record keeping
• Regular and prompt attendance
• Work with accuracy, with an eye for detail
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (some college is a plus)
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong basic skills in reading, writing, and math
• Willingness to learn and work under pressure in fast-paced settings
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
• Ability to thrive in both indoor and outdoor environmentsincluding exposure to weather and aircraft activity

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with aviation ground handling (but we're happy to train the right candidates)
