Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Pediatric OR RN for a night shift travel assignment at a dedicated children's hospital, requiring a minimum of 4 years of OR experience including pediatric and neonatal cases.

Details

• Position is in the Operating Room (OR) of a dedicated pediatric hospital within a major children's health system
• Patient population includes pediatric patients from neonates and infants through older children
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00), weekdays and weekends
• On-call is required for this position
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active GA RN license or Compact RN license required at time of consideration — pending licensure is not accepted
• Current BLS and PALS (American Heart Association) certifications required at time of consideration — pending certifications are not accepted
• CNOR certification preferred
• Minimum 4 years of recent OR experience preferred
• Pediatric OR experience required, including neonates and infants
• Recent travel nursing experience preferred
• Date of birth (DOB) and Social Security number (SSN) required for consideration
• Two professional references from a supervisor level or higher, completed within the last 12 months, required for consideration
