New Day Insurance is growing, and we are hiring an Inside Sales Agent to join our team.

This role is for someone who loves helping people and hitting sales goals. You will work our existing clients: handle service, find coverage gaps, and cross-sell what they are missing. Success is taking great care of our clients while growing and retaining the book.

Salary Range: $36,000 $50,000 per year (Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses)

Schedule: Monday Friday in Office (No weekends)

Responsibilities

Handle customer service from start to finish, providing exceptional service

Identify coverage gaps and cross-sell additional products to better protect customers

Educate customers so they fully understand and feel confident in their coverage.

Execute proactive follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and protect retention.

Follow agency processes on every service and sales call.

Requirements

Insurance experience is a plus, not required. We train you so you can grow quickly and confidently.

Complete licensing and stay engaged in our continuous training and coaching.
