Call Center Sales Representative

Advantage Auto Group is looking for highly motivated and customer-focused Call Center Sales & Service Representatives to help drive appointment setting, customer engagement, and overall dealership success. If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers with their automotive needs, we'd love to meet you!
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer and CRM skills.
- Automotive dealership or call center experience preferred but not required.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Answer incoming sales and service calls professionally and efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, texts, emails, and chat requests.
- Contact customers regarding vehicle inquiries, maintenance reminders, recalls, and special offers.
- Re-engage previous customers and missed opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes within the CRM.
- Work closely with sales, service, and management teams to maximize appointments and customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
