Position Summary As a Principal Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will lead the people side of enterprise transformation programs across digital, AI, operating model, and organizational initiatives. You'll partner with executive leadership, business stakeholders, product organizations, and delivery teams to create change strategies that accelerate adoption, improve business readiness, minimize organizational disruption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. This is a highly consultative client-facing role requiring executive presence, strategic thinking, exceptional facilitation skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders across complex organizations. What You'll Do Enterprise Change Strategy Develop enterprise-wide change management strategies aligned with business transformation objectives Build integrated change roadmaps supporting digital, AI, operating model, and organizational initiatives Assess organizational readiness, culture, and change capacity Define measurable adoption and business success metrics Executive & Leadership Advisory Serve as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and transformation leaders Coach senior leaders on leading through organizational change Prepare leaders to communicate vision, reinforce behaviors, and manage resistance Facilitate executive alignment sessions and leadership workshops Stakeholder Strategy & Engagement Identify and map executive and business stakeholders Develop influence strategies across multiple business functions Build executive sponsorship and change champion networks Drive alignment between business, technology, product, and operations teams Assess impacts across organizational structures, roles, governance, operating models, and business processes Design transition strategies supporting new ways of working Identify organizational risks and develop mitigation plans Support workforce transformation and organizational effectiveness initiatives Communications & Employee Experience Develop executive communication strategies and compelling change narratives Design employee engagement campaigns that strengthen adoption Improve employee experience throughout transformation initiatives Learning & Business Readiness Develop business readiness strategies for enterprise deployments Identify capability gaps and workforce readiness requirements Design learning approaches that enable long‑term adoption Adoption, Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define KPIs measuring adoption, engagement, behavioral change, and business outcomes Monitor organizational readiness and transformation health Recommend adjustments using qualitative and quantitative feedback Build sustainability plans that reinforce long‑term success Required Experience 15+ years of Organizational Change Management, Business Transformation, Organizational Development, or Management Consulting experience Proven success leading enterprise‑scale transformation initiatives within Fortune 500 organizations Experience supporting digital transformation, operating model redesign, AI, ERP, cloud, or enterprise technology programs Strong executive stakeholder management and leadership coaching experience Experience developing enterprise communication, engagement, and adoption strategies Demonstrated expertise in organizational readiness assessments and change impact analysis Experience influencing senior executives across business and technology organizations Exceptional facilitation, consulting, presentation, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent Change Management certification Experience in consulting organizations such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Slalom, or similar Experience supporting AI, digital product, customer experience, or enterprise platform transformations Experience with organizational design, operating model transformation, and workforce strategy Strong understanding of Agile product organizations and modern delivery models MBA or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, HR, or related discipline What Makes You Successful You build trust quickly with executives and business leaders.
