They currently seek a hands-onProduction Superintendent to lead daily operations at their facility near Houston, TX. ThisProduction Superintendent will be responsible forproduction, projects, safety, utilities, training and process improvements. This is an early-mid career high growth potential opportunity thatwill lead to a operations managementrole in a relatively short time. Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Job Code: 26.26LH #LI-LH1 Requirements: This position requires a bachelor's degree (chemical engineering preferred) or relevant experience and at least 8 years in a chemical manufacturing plant that incorporates distillation and batch reactions. It also requires previous leadership/supervision experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to positivelyimplementchange.
