Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Process Engineer to sustain, improve, and develop Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes in a volume manufacturing facility. You will be a partner with operations, equipment engineering support, integration and R&D to deliver products on time to customer specifications. You will Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and procedures company wide and create and/or modify operations specifications.

• You can lead and mentor a team of highly motivated and experienced CMP process technicians to ensure 24/7 manufacturing operations with integrity and mutual respect.
• You can collaborate effectively with operations, equipment engineering support, integration, and R&D teams to deliver products on time that meet customer specifications.
• You can actively participate in global benchmarking initiatives to identify best practices and continuously improve CMP processes and procedures across the company.
• You can develop and/or modify operations specifications to optimize process performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related STEM field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing or R&D environment.
• Direct experience with Chemical Mechanical Planarization CMP processes.
• Proven ability to lead critical projects for process improvement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for process control.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Compensation: $100,000 - $153,000
