Practice Manager Opportunity At Cary Location
Nu Image is looking for a Practice Manager at our Cary location! Are you a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced dental practice and loves the challenge of optimizing patient care and team performance? If so—we want to meet you! This isn't just a "job"—it's an opportunity to lead a well-established, patient-centered practice where your leadership makes a direct impact every single day.
Responsibilities:
- Keep our practice running smoothly and profitably day-to-day
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing dental team
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and team performance reviews
- Oversee financials: budgets, collections, reporting
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, insurance, and dental regulations
- Create strategies that wow our patients and keep them coming back!
What We're Looking For:
- Experience as a manager in an oral surgery practice (3+ years required)
- A confident, supportive leader with strong communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance, billing, and financial management
- Tech-savvy with practice software (DSN is a plus)
- Someone who thrives when things get busy and keeps patient care at the center
