Sales Team Lead

MegaMile is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to guide, support, and grow our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is confident, goal-driven, and passionate about helping team members succeed. The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, coaching sales representatives, monitoring performance, and helping the team meet company sales goals. The right candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership experience, and the ability to create a positive and productive sales environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve sales goals. Train and coach team members on sales techniques, customer service, and company procedures. Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback. Assist with setting sales targets and developing strategies to increase sales. Handle customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally. Track sales activity and prepare reports for management. Help improve sales processes and team efficiency. Maintain a positive, professional, and goal-focused work environment. Ensure the team follows MegaMile policies, standards, and customer service expectations. Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team. Comfortable working with sales goals and performance tracking. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Positive attitude and professional work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a sales team is a plus. Experience with CRM systems or sales tracking tools is helpful.
