Registered Nurse/Case Manager

Registered Nurse Hematology/Oncology (Ambulatory) Syracuse 13210 13 Weeks Contract (Extension Possible) Start: 05/29/2026

Shift: Day 58 (8:00 AM 4:30 PM)

Ambulatory outpatient setting Floating: As needed within skillset

Unit Details:

Hematology / Oncology Ambulatory Clinic Outpatient oncology and infusion setting

Requirements:

Active New York RN License BLS Certification (required) Minimum 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within past 2 years) Experience in hospitals of similar or larger size preferred EPIC charting experience (preferred)

Preferred:

Recent outpatient oncology experience Infusion experience Strong communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities:

Provide ambulatory nursing care to hematology/oncology patients Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment responses

Administer oncology and infusion therapies Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Educate patients and families regarding treatments and care plans Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care team

Deliver high-quality patient care with minimal supervision
