Armed Security Officer

Job Description Job Description Nastec International Inc. is seeking a professional and reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must be alert, responsible, and capable of maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and the public. Minimum Requirements (MANDATORY) Applicants must possess: Valid California Guard Card Valid Firearms Permit (Exposed Firearm Permit – BSIS) Taser Certification Baton Permit Pepper Spray Certification CPR / First Aid Certification Valid California Driver’s License (if driving post) Clean driving record Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check and drug screening Responsibilities Patrol assigned locations (vehicle and/or standing post) Monitor and report suspicious activity Respond to alarms and incidents Enforce property rules and regulations Maintain detailed incident reports Remain alert and professional at all times Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security experience Military or law enforcement background (preferred but not required) Strong communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Work Environment Patrol assignments Schools, Religious Centers Shift: Day (0600-1400) and Swing (1400-2200) for weekdays and weekends Job Type: Full-time Company Description Nastec International is a client-focused security and operations company providing tailored protection, patrol, and support services for private estates, residential communities, and businesses, with an emphasis on concierge-level service, responsiveness, discretion, and hands-on leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.
